Job description:
Middle Tennessee State University is seeking an innovative leader to direct programs in the School of Nursing. The SON has a traditional BSN program, an RN to BSN program, an online MSN program that is part of a state wide consortium and a MSPS interdisciplinary program in Healthcare Informatics. Applicants must qualify at the rank of full professor, be highly skilled at faculty development, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of scholarly activity. The successful candidate must hold a master's degree in nursing and have an earned doctorate in nursing or related field. Prior experience in academic administration and extramural funding is preferred. Tenure upon appointment possible.
